New Clients

When booking your first colour service, we will require a deposit of 50% of the total service as well as a pre virtual or in studio consultation. For any other appointment it will be £50 deposit and all deposits are non-refundable.

Allergy Test

We require all new guests or guests whom haven’t been to the studio in 6 months to have a skin allergy test 48 hours before their colour appointment.

Cancellation & Changes Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice to be given during our business opening hours to cancel or modify your appointment in any way.* You will appreciate if we don’t receive the required notice we may have to charge 50% of your service. Clients that fail to show up for their appointment or give less than 3 hours notice will be charged the full amount.

For larger appointments as well as bookings booked in advance, this extends to 5 days notice for our Expert and Specialist Artists.

Children's Policy

It’s good to have time out, but our customers have told us that they do need a day when they can get their hair done with their little ones along for the ride. So, whilst the rest of the week belongs to the grown-ups, Tuesdays are family days.

Pet Policy

We at Sinéad Kelly London love your furry friends. Sinead herself has her own not so furry baby anymore Alfie, who celebrates his actual birthday the same year of the studio. For health and safety reasons, we can’t allow your furry friends including our very own Alfie visit the studio, in case any of our guests have any allergies or a fear.
